Let’s talk about your most amazing adventure

I am Daniela, an elopement and destination wedding photographer. I love working outdoors in epic landscapes and combine the beauty of nature with the beauty of love. I don't want to be a another vendor to you, but a friend, creative, artist, problem solver and someone that offers advice along the way with the planning process. Don't be afraid to be yourself and to celebrate love the way YOU are and the way YOU want it to celebrate.

EMbrace the great outdoors of iceland

You will soon realize that Iceland's landscape is vast, remote and has millions of beautiful locations. Where to go, which place to pick? When planning our adventure, we're going to costumize a route based on your preferred locations.

We'll pick a great variety without it being too stressful and taking driving and hiking times in between into consideration. We’ll plan for breaks and enough time in between, because weather can be rough.

High and low season

In high season(end June to mid/end of August), Iceland gets very busy and certain well-known locations are crowded with flocks of people. Lucky for us - Iceland is beautiful everywhere and sometimes all it takes is to stop at places that are not officially named in all the travel guides, or hike a little to be just by ourselves. Going the extra mile to explore places no one has been to has always proven to be worth it! High summer season is one of the busiest times in Iceland - make sure to book your accommodation in advance. Also, AirBnB is always a great platform for finding unique and charming cabins in remote areas that can be included in your photo shoot to tell the whole story and feel of your trip. The low season months before and after those busy times (Mai to June, end of August to mid October) are much more quiet, it's easier and cheaper to find accommodation and Iceland is not yet overrun by the masses. If you are flexible in your travel schedule and you are not planning to drive through the Central Highlands with your rental vehicle, it's something worth to consider.

The streets in Iceland are often pretty rough and the speed limit is low, sometimes the weather gets crazy and will throw all four seasons upon us multiple times a day. Also, certain locations are only accessible via dirt roads and require 4x4 off-road capable vehicles and slow driving. But don't worry, we got this! It's ok to take breaks and warm up again in between and not rush, this should be a fun and unforgettable adventure! Also, we are sometimes going to have to drive in between locations or hike to reach the most amazing spots - or simply to avoid the masses.
